Job Scope:
The office position works in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment managing orders and calls on a daily basis. The primary responsibility of the office is reviewing and proficiently entering purchase orders into company systems as well as make sure "things" run smoothly. This is accomplished while balancing a multitude of validation and order clarification steps and working closely with the company’s Customer Service, Manufacturing, Art and Shipping departments to ensure accuracy of purchase orders, availability of product, and timely processing.

Among other responsibilities, this role will set the tone and life cycle for each order they handle, making it a key position in our office.

Our ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

Basic Qualifications:

Experience Minimum: Verifiable Employment/Schooling History.

Preferred: 1 to 2 years of order/data entry experience or similar role.

Knowledge Minimum: General computer proficiency including MS Office, Adobe and Windows OS.

Fluency (speak, read, write) in English (some positions require you to be bi-lingual)
Familiarity with general office practices and equipment.
Preferred: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Adobe and Windows OS.
Advance understanding of best practices and office procedures.

Essential Skills:
- Team and metric oriented mindset.
- Ability to problem solve by researching within systems, email exchange, online, and other
available resources.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask for maximum efficiency without sacrificing correctness.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fast typist with keen computer (SAP) skills. Knowledge of warehouse software a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to make practical assumptions and follow-ups.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Ability to learn and interpret products, services, and policies.
- Detail and accuracy-oriented work ethic.
