Entry Level Business Associate (Only apply if you're local).
Royal Industries, a 50 year young, very stable Promotional Product firm in Allentown PA is looking to hire an Entry Level Business Associate to work with the VP of marketing to assist and be involved in all aspects of sales, management, business growth and company marketing.
The successful candidate must possess as very high proficiency of computer knowledge as well as a high proficiency of Google and Microsoft suite of tools.
You will need to be adaptable, motivated, committed, and ready to help out wherever we need it. These are very challenging times, and we need someone who is up for it, and ready to sacrifice with us to help as we work and make fundamental long term changes in our businesses. we are hiring now because we are cautiously optimistic about how much we can help our industry, and about our ability to innovate and grow
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Running daily reports and acting on some of them (i.e. update Excel or google sheets)
• Using reporters and criteria to engage aspects of our customer base
• Monitor and ensure the adherence of our marketing schedules
• Work on and participate in marketing campaign meetings and be the liaison with our graphic arts team (in house and outsourced)
• Manage various company campaigns and tracking performance
• Client and project research
• Update social media on a regular basis and develop campaigns
• Assist with proposals, customer pricing, statement of qualifications, and other communication pieces
• Provide support to firm principals, associate principals and project managers with business development, setting up meetings and preparing materials
• Maintain accurate system policies/procedures and run books according to the processes developed by VPM.
• Be proactive in recommending improvements in procedures that will increase efficiency

• Strong Financial Skillset (Accounting and Finance Classes/coursework is a minimal requirement)
• Sales and Public Speaking Skills (Preferred)
• Outgoing confident personalities preferred
• Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Graphic design experience a plus
