Office Operation Manager

We are a new company moving into the Allentown area and looking for an office operations manager to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication.

This position will report to the plant operations manager and will be responsible for all office operations which include: The quality of service we provide to our customers, the sourcing and on-boarding, training and development of our office staff which includes data entry, customer service, back-office operations, etc.

We are a very metric-driven company and as such, we were looking for the proper person who comes with a proven track record of success.

Expectations.

Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
High proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. computers and printers)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements

College degree (or track record of success) ; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
